_______, I’m well aware that data entry is a big part of research, but I was promised a fulfilling work experience in the lab. Firstly, you’re a bitch—a fat one to justify it. I’m a hardworking, responsible individual with ambition and data entry will not satisfy or fulfill my potential. I don’t need to speak with you anymore. Next time I have a question I will ask _____ or _____. Thanks for your awesome attitude, but I won’t be needing it.

P.S. As a research team leader, you should be more organized and have a log of who can do what and when. I’m tired of emailing the same thing to you five times. If I were able to elect a new team leader, you would be nowhere near the person I’d choose. I also don’t like that you take over everything—to lead doesn’t mean being a boss.
